8- Do not force the boys to finish the whole plate of food.
9- Eat with the TV turned off.
And to keep the family active, the following ideas can be taken into account:
– That the children participate in household activities (setting the table, making the bed, ordering their toys, watering the plants, etc.)
– Promote at least once a day activities that include some movement.
– Plan outdoor activities (from riding a bicycle to taking the dog for a walk)

– Try to include movement in your daily routine and the one of your child (Take him to school on foot and encourage the use of stairs instead of an elevator).
– Exercising during the day at 10-minute intervals works just as well as doing everything at once (boys should add at least one hour a day and adults 30 minutes).
– Reduce the hours of watching TV for the whole family (ideally to establish schedules to watch TV or be on the computer and try to be no more than 2 hours per day.
